Texas State University opened in 1903 as the Southwest Texas State Normal School, a teachers’ college, in Texas, US, but it has now vastly expanded its areas of focus.

You can choose from 98 undergraduate degrees, 90 master’s and 12 PhD programmes. Texas State University is one of the largest in the state. Its 495 acres on the San Marcos campus are complemented by the Texas State Round Rock Campus, which covers an area of 101 acres.
